High Pressure Processing (HPP) uses pressure to lock in flavor, color, and nutrition. HPP eliminates harmful bacteria and the need for artificial preservatives. The biggest difference is the taste. One bite and you’ll see what we mean!

Food Safety
Food is sealed in pouches before going into the pressure chamber. Cold-pressure equivalent to 5x the pressure at the deepest part of the ocean (87,000 PSI) destroys any potential pathogens.
Fresh taste, textures, and fibers stay intact. The full flavors and aromas of the ingredients give you the benefit of real food.
